Russell is a Journalism graduate from the University of Technology Sydney (BA Comms – Journalism, Transnational Media).

He has previously worked as a Technical Writer/Digital Content Specialist for Employment Hero, a Technical Content Writer for Deputy, a Technical Content Producer for Freelancer (ASX:FLN), a Marketing Coordinator for Startcon 2019 and a Customer Service Executive for Stan Entertainment.

A majority of his work can be seen in the content on the Employment Hero Help Centre, the StartCon social media sites (@StartConHQ on Facebook and Twitter), the Deputy.com Help portal (Deputy.com/help) and the Deputy Experience YouTube channel (youtube.com/user/experiencedeputy).
